As part of our policy at MSDN, parents enter into a formal contract with the nursery.

Fees are payable in advance and full fees are applicable during absences and Public Holidays. Each child is allowed one free week per year, this is given at Christmas when the nursery will be closed.

One months notice in writing must be given if you wish to terminate or increase/decrease your childcare place. Please note that a increase of nursery hours is subject to availability.

Parental involvement is highly valued and we welcome the help and time you give us.

We believe the success of our nursery is enhanced through the involvement of the parents. We are especially pleased whenever parents feel that they can give some time to help us in the nursery or with special project;.

The nursery has an active Management Committee where all parents participate as 'members' this involves the use of their skill to support the management of the nursery. All parents are actively involved in Fund-raising, to help cover the cost of annual events.

All parents can help the nursery by supporting our fund-raising activities or helping us to organize or run events. Fund-raising is extremely important these days as it enables us to buy additional resources or have activities that would normally be beyond the reach of the nursery's budget. We also organize social events that help the community to come together in fun and enjoyment.

Our system ensures that children who require additional help are identified early and that programs are put in place to enhance their all round development.

However, we will need to assess whether our environment can accommodate your child's needs.

(Our SENCO policy can be obtained from the office.)
